MASSAGE SERVICES
 
Each massage is custom tailored to fit your needs, and different types of massage may be used in combination.  Reiki appointments with Cynthia Cinquina can be scheduled as well.  If what you need is outside our scope of practice we will be happy to refer you to other therapists who can accommodate you.
 
Hot Stone Massage
The use of hot stones for healing dates back to ancient times, and hot stone massage is a technique applied to both Swedish and deep tissue massage therapy.  At your election, we also will place stones on Chakra points to rebalance the body and mind.  For more information on hot stone massage, click here.
 
Swedish Massage With Optional Hot Stones
Experience a relaxing massage while you improve the overall health and well being of your body's systems.  This massage is perfect for those who want to relieve stress and tension.  Hot stones are included at no extra charge. Deep Tissue Massage With Hot Stones
This massage works the deeper layers of muscle tissue and is great for relieving tightly contracted muscles and adhered connective tissue.  Newcomers to deep tissue massage are encouraged to start slowly and become acclimated.  For more information about deep tissue massage, click here.
 
Cold Stone Massage Therapy for Migraines
Cold Stone Massage is wonderful for those suffering from migraine headaches.  This treatment can eliminate or dramatically reduce most headache symptoms within 30-45 minutes. 
 
Prenatal Massage
Massage during pregnancy is quite safe, but ask your doctor before beginning any kind of massage program.  We perform prenatal massages during the second and third trimester only, and we do not massage if your pregnancy is high-risk or complicated.  Please inform us when you make your appointment if you are pregnant, so we may make the necessary preparations.  For more information about prenatal massage, click here.

Reiki

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy with highly concentrated plant oils, called essential oils, added to the massage oil or lotion.  For more information on aromatherapy, click here.

Baby's First Massage® Classes
Joe Cinquina is a certified instructor in the Baby's First Massage® program, also referred to as infant massage or newborn massage.  Private instruction is offered by appointment.  Parents will learn the proper techniques to safely massage their baby and how to recognize time-out signals.  For more information on baby massage classes, click here.

Orthopedic Massage
Recommended for chronic pain and complicated medical conditions- includes assessment, treatment session, self-care recommendations and a treatment plan.  We accept Personal Injury Insurance.  Joe Cinquina holds a certification in Orthopedic Massage.

In 2010 Joe became one of the first two LMTs in Kentucky to be certified in Orthopedic Massage by James Waslaski's Center for Pain Management. If you have chronic pain or are recovering from an injury, this work is highly recommended.

4-Handed Massage
Treat yourself to a most unique experience and luxuriate in this very special treatment.  Receive a full body massage from two therapists at the same time and feel your body enter into a deep state of relaxation.
Office Visits (Gift Cards Available)
The length of your appointment includes an extra 15 minutes for an assessment prior to beginning the massage.  Your massage time begins after the assessment, but clients who arrive late will forfeit an equivalent amount of table time.  This is necessary in order to keep the next client from being delayed.  Swedish and deep tissue massages in our office may include the use of hot stones at no extra charge.
 
Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
30-minutes - $35
For specific bodywork only, this is an adequate amount of time to address a specific issue without massaging the entire body.
 
60 minutes - $65
Receive either a general bodywork session or address selected areas with extra attention as you choose.
 
90 minutes - $100
Receive a general bodywork session and address selected areas with extra attention as you choose.
 
Couples Massage (Gift Cards Available)
Available as a 60 or 90 minute session.  Two therapists, two tables, one unforgettable experience.

Monthly Massage Membership Club
Members receive 6 massages for the cost of 5.  The first session must be redeemed within 45 days from the date of issue.  After the first session, the member must redeem at least one massage per month.  The entire package must be redeemed by the same person (sorry, no sharing.)

Because we respect your privacy, our services are confidential and discreet.  However, please do not ask any member of our staff for services that are not available at any other reputable wellness center or spa.  We do not offer erotic services of any kind, and any attempt to sexualize a session will result in immediate termination of the appointment without a refund.
